Moisture and Dust No Sweat for Aquaris

Aquaris shatters these previous limitations because it is not only water and dust resistant, it’s truly water and dust proof.

Aquaris has the internationally recognised Ingress Protection Rating IP57. Among other tests, this means it has been submerged in water one metre deep for 30 minutes with no damage to the instrument. Aquaris is not only watertight, but also dustproof, robust and impact-resistant. These qualities are achieved by features such as a special casing with a silicone sealed battery compartment, a watertight microphone membrane and a nano-coated protective cover.

Especially in the case of a behind-the-ear instrument, beads of perspiration form in the hair along the top of the hearing aid.
