One of our aims is to provide a concise resevoir of up-to-date information and services that GP’s can call on to add value to their patients. The Referral Process

  • Call any one of our Neurosensory Unit clinics to book an appointment or you can request an appointment online. Alternatively you can direct your patients to contact any of our clinics themselves to arrange an appointment.

  • To order more referral pads please phone The Neurosensory Unit on 1300 965 513.
  • An electronic referral template is now available for install into your practice software. Request the referral template here, or contact the marketing department on 07 3105 9188 for further information.
